1. Service Availability

Our transport and logistics services are available primarily within Lagos, with negotiable prices for locations outside Lagos. Services include Half Day (7 AM – 12 PM) and Full Day (7 AM – 6 PM).

2. Pricing and Payment

Pricing for our services is negotiable via WhatsApp, and payment should be made via bank transfer after agreement. Full payment must be made before services are rendered.

3. Service Delivery

Our delivery services are punctual, with a strong commitment to ensuring your goods arrive on time. We handle small to large-scale loads up to 2,000 kg.

4. Service Limitations

We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, such as weather, traffic, or unforeseen mechanical failures. We are also not responsible for any loss or damage to goods once they are in transit.

5. Client Responsibilities

The Client must provide accurate and complete information regarding the Goods, including description, weight, dimensions, and value.

The Client must ensure that Goods do not contain prohibited or hazardous materials unless prior written approval is obtained.

6. Delivery and Transit

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing.

The Company is not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, customs, strikes, or other circumstances beyond its control.

The Client must ensure that a representative is available to receive the Goods at the delivery location.

7. Liability

While we take all necessary precautions to safeguard your goods, we are not liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the transportation services provided.
